About SingleTrack Agent

Singletrack Agent is a program designed to do a few very specific things very, very, well. We believe that there are basic business skills that all real estate agents should know, and we teach and reinforce them better than any one else in the world. The secret to real estate success is not terribly cosmic; it is learning how to manage your time like a fiend, market to maximum effectiveness, and systematize your procedures in order to make every client a raving fan. You don't have to be a genius, just willing to work smarter than you ever thought possible. We will show you how. We use a variety of innovative techniques to do so; web seminars, live events, and group and one-on-one business coaching. This format is absolutely proven to create results by using a simple process of introducing info, reinforcing it, and then tracking the results and holding the client accountable. Where We Came From

SingleTrack Agent is a program created by the founder of SingleTrack Equity Associates, Kyle French. Kyle has over a decade of experience in real estate; he has seen strong and weak markets, and flourished in both. Most importantly, he is a businessman and knows very well the skills an agent needs to master in order to run an efficient and profitable business. And he knows how to teach these skills to you. Kyle has worked as a business development coach with Chet Holmes International and Jay Levinson's Guerrilla Marketing organization. He is an avid outdoorsman, and lives in Oregon with his wife Traci and son Bridger.
